The Day of the Child
is an annual event for children in our community. The event
highlights children and their needs by providing a FREE day of fun activities, entertainment,
and community resources.
The Corona-Norco Day
of the Child Committee is a volunteer, non-profit organization.
Each year at our event we have pony rides, a jump house, a petting
zoo, and dozens of agencies, organizations, and businesses that
have crafts and games for the nearly 2,000 people (children and
parents) in attendance. We provide a table and two chairs for
each organization, and you can provide your own "E-Z UP."
Each booth host is expected
to provide either a fun craft (no coloring pages please),
game, or activity for the children. Please plan ahead and bring
enough so you can stay the entire four hours. You will need
AT LEAST two people at your booth to handle all the children.
You may hand out marketing
materials from your business, organization or agency, but NOTHING
may be sold throughout the day. If you wish to have a FREE raffle, you must be willing
to get the prize to the winner if they are not there to claim
it, AND the prize must be family friendly - no "buy one,
get one free" or "percent discount on services".
The Booth Registration Form can be downloaded as a pdf
or as a file.doc
(so you can type right into the form).
If you would like to
participate, please print and fill out the registration form
and mail it to our Booth Coordinator, Terri Jaggers, as soon
as possible:
You
may also send the form as an attachment to Terri via e-mail (see
below).
More, specific information
will be sent to you as we near the day of the event.

out the event or about hosting a booth, please contact Terri
